The Age of U.S. Commercial Buildings is a study designed to identify the oldest buildings by type and location, ripe for "green building" initiatives to improve energy efficiency. 

    Based on local tax assessor data on 4.61 million commercial buildings, the study reports age data on 24 types of buildings and on buildings by state, showing average building age and percentages of buildings by age group.  The results will help focus the efforts of suppliers of building materials, equipment, and construction services.  

    Results are reported in two spreadsheets, plus a brief text report, costing $29.
