FHA Lenders 2009 Database is a new and special database of all  FHA lenders in 2009.  It can be used to benchmark your company's FHA loan originations against those of your peers in all of 2009, and to increase your FHA production through wholesale channels.  

    The database covers more than 10,000 lenders by name and by type, including independent mortgage brokers and depository institutions that act as brokers.  For each lender, we calculated total numbers and dollars of FHA single-family loans produced in 2009.   

    Uniquely, the full headquarters mailing addresses and telephone numbers of each FHA lender and broker are included.
