The Home Purchase Market of 2005 is a new type of SMR study on the mortgage industry.  For most major U.S. counties, the study ranks top lenders by loan production for full-year 2004 and includes mean and median home selling prices from 2002 through mid-2005.  The report also examines combined loan-to-value ratios (CLTV) on homes sold in the first half of 2005 and 2004 and contains an update of our earlier published material on home purchase piggyback mortgage lending.  Published in August, 2005.
