Back in 1995, SMR published its first research on the
life insurance industry, a demographics study called
“The New American Life Insurance Consumer.”
Now, we’ve gone much further. In July, 2006, SMR
completed its work on a model that predicts which U.S.
households will obtain the largest life insurance policies
and annuities.
We apply this model against a database of more than 35
million home owner households. The higher the score, the
better the prospect for a high-end life policy.
