Bankruptcy Fraud; Bankruptcy Costs  is a new report that details bankruptcy system abuse.  We present statistical results on assets, debt, income, and expense data for a random sampling of Chapter 7 petitions filed across 24 states from just one day in the courts.  The study also updates you on the cost of bankruptcy, across more than 20 categories of debt.  Published in May, 2003.
