Giants of the Mortgage Industry, 2010:  A Double-Dip Housing Recession, our Spring study of the residential mortgage industry, is now available. 

    The study includes many new features and greatly expanded coverage of originations and servicing:  more lenders covered, sector analysis, quarterly data, mortgage net chargeoff rates, and lots more.  We cover full year 2009, and our forecasts for 2010 lending and credit are now revised.
