The Mortgage Credit Crisis is a special research study on the mortgage credit crisis that has rocked world financial markets.  The study includes a new SMR credit risk scoring system for 163 of the largest U.S. mortgage lenders and 45 pages of analysis on how and why the crisis developed.  The scoring system evaluates lenders on CLTV ratios, subprime borrowers, stated-income lending, piggyback lending, ARM lending, and teaser start-rate (pay option) loans.  Published in August, 2007.
